FOUNDRY
Our in-house foundry specializes in producing Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, and Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) castings. With over 500 MT/month capacity, we control every variable: sand quality, core strength, melt chemistry, and pouring temperature. We use green sand jolt squeeze molding and CO₂ core processes tailored to your part's geometry and critical zones. Our casting process is designed to ensure superior surface finish, high dimensional stability, and on-time delivery (OTD) even with low-MOQ batch requirements.
We support component weights from 1 kg up to 100 kg, with a maximum mold box size of 700 × 800 mm (L × B). The foundry is equipped with two 500 kg induction furnaces to ensure consistent melting and alloying control. We also operate a dedicated shell core making machine for high-precision internal cavities and smooth surface finish in core areas.

We also have a network of approved vendors for:
High-weight components exceeding 100 kg, with partner facilities capable of casting single pieces up to 20 metric tons
Hand molding of large and low-volume components
Non-ferrous castings in bronze and brass (job work under our inspection)
